Sequence Searching

With the continual growth found in a wide variety of chemistry and chemical engineering technology domains including pharmaceuticals, detergents, paints, polymers and plastics, adhesives, ceramics, fertilizers, textiles, printing inks, paper making, petroleum, cement, metallurgy, and other general chemicals, the need to perform chemical patent searches for Novelty/Patentability, Validity/Invalidity, Freedom to operate, or Infringement search steadily increases.

The scope of our search is customized to your needs, which may range from concept based keyword search to complex chemical compound searches.  Then by tailoring to your particular search requirements we identify the correct database and the precise search method.

For a chemical compound search we are careful in choosing the best possible way to make it effective and efficient, whether it is by the chemical name, molecular formula, molecular weight, physical properties, uses, registry number, structure, and/or whether your compound is a reactant or a product.

For focused Chemical compound searches, we use STN to access CAPLUS, CAS Registry, MARPAT, BEILSTEIN and WPINDEX. With the help of MARPAT database we explore through claims and patent disclosures to find the generic Markush Chemical Structures. We also have the choice of Micropatent for patent search.

Please fill out the form for samples and excerpts of what you can expect in our reports.
