At every stage of our multi stage process each illustration will go through three levels of quality control with a comprehensive 72-point quality checklist.

Your illustration will be reviewed by the designer, three quality control analysts, and a project manager (who is also an expert designer) before it is released from our quality control and review process.

Our Customer Support

A dedicated project manager will be your single point of contact with overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your project.

As a Legal Advantage client, you have secure real-time access to your project via our internally developed customer support web portal. You can communicate with us through our toll-free number, real-time web-based chats with our project managers, as well as through email.

Round-the-clock Operation

Our production facility is in operation round-the-clock so your project team will always be available. Our facility is staffed with a number of Intellectual Property Attorneys, artists, graphics designers, and engineers.
