At every stage of our multi stage patent illustration process each illustration will go through three levels of quality control with a comprehensive 72-point quality checklist.

Your patent drawing will be reviewed by the designer, three quality control analysts, and a project manager (who is also an expert designer) before it is released from our quality control and review process.

Our Customer Support

A dedicated project manager will be your single point of contact with overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your project.

As a Legal Advantage client, you have secure real-time access to your project via our internally developed customer support web portal. You can communicate with us through our toll-free number, real-time web-based chats with our project managers, as well as through email.

Round-the-clock Operation

Our production facility is in operation round-the-clock so your project team will always be available. Our facility is staffed with a number of Intellectual Property Attorneys, artists, graphics designers, and engineers.

We continue to make sizable investments in the latest technologies to further optimize our production flow in order to constantly increase quality and reduce the time required to complete your project.
