Upon receiving a new project, we send a confirmation email along with a unique i.d. for tracking purposes. Our operations managers then review the in-bound project and clarify project details & deadlines directly with the client. A project team with skills and experience matching client specs takes over and executes the project. The CSM is in touch with the client to provide updates & status checks at each step of the process.
