Naseer Hashim, Esq., Co-Founder

Naseer Hashim is a seasoned attorney who specializes in corporate and securities litigation. He has been a pioneer in building, managing, and selling companies globally. Naseer and John founded and funded Legal Advantage to compete on the highest standards of quality and turnaround time. Prior to Legal Advantage, Naseer was an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Naseer also served as Managing Director of Global Operations for Pleiades Group Limited, where he created strategic energy alliances between the Russian Ministry of Atomic Energy, the United States Department of Energy, Lockheed Martin, Westinghouse, Raytheon, the AFL CIO and arranged $2 billion in debt financing from Banque Paribas. Naseer personally recruited to the boards of directors and advisory board of his companies Robert Mosbacher, former Secretary of Commerce, William Sessions, former Federal Judge and Director of the FBI, Dr. Leticia Chambers, former US representative to the United Nations, Stephen Hadley, currently US National Security Adviser to President Bush, and Wyche Fowler, US Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. Certain high profile deals engineered by Naseer have been chronicled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and the International Herald Tribune.

Naseer received his BA from Cornell University and JD from Boston University.

John Jones, Esq., Co-Founder

John Jones has been a senior executive and general counsel for several high-profile public companies for over a decade. During 2006 he was a senior advisor for Trump Entertainment Resorts in its efforts to build luxury destinations on the East Coast of the United States. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Argosy Gaming Company, an NYSE-listed casino operator which was sold to Penn National Gaming in a $2.2 billion transaction. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of RCN Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed leading national facilities-based competitive telecommunication company for almost five years. Prior to that time, he was Vice President and General Counsel of Designer Holdings Ltd., an NYSE-listed apparel manufacturer which owned the Calvin Klein / Jeanswear business, among other businesses. He attended Harvard Business School before taking a leave of absence to conduct the initial public offering of Designer Holdings. Previously, he was a corporate attorney with the law firm Skadden, Arps in New York City for 4 years. He has had substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business development, securities law, regulatory matters, litigation and employment matters, and has been a strategic advisor to many boards of directors and senior executives in various industries.
